I am drawn to the mundane and the everyday, often finding inspiration in unexpected places. Coastal towns, urban streets, man-made spaces and wild places contain all manner of oddities and curios providing a fascinating insight into how we have evolved through the ages. We are connected to each other through the land, from ancient ancestors to the present day. Wherever I go, I try to see beneath the surface; peeling back the layers to reveal something hidden or lost. Originally from Lincolnshire, I moved to Manchester in the mid 1990's and graduated from the University of Bolton in 2009 with a first class honours degree in Fine Art. www.lynnmariehall.co.uk
