Elizabete Caires

I'm Liz Caires and I'm a self taught artist living in Somerset,England.
The mediums of gouache, collage and acrylic are the ones I prefer the most. Art for me is a necessity, is something that I always have to do. My works tend to portray Nature, women, inner feelings and my surroundings. I won a Bursary from SAW in 2016. I've had exhibitions in Portugal and England and have been selected for many art competitions. My palette often contains oranges, blues and greens, I like earthy, grounding colours.
