An abstract painting from my series of 'square' paintings. These paintings are all abstract expressionist in style on the theme of unity within variety. I have used bold brushstrokes and spattered paint in this acrylic painting. The paint is applied almost as an impasto, giving the surface of this abstract painting depth and texture. Each square is slightly different from the last. The pristine white board painting surface also makes the colours sing. Unframed.
