This beautiful mackerel mixed medium painting, is on a stretch canvas painted round sides so it’s ready to go straight on the wall. Painted in oils and acrylic to give the shimmering effort of the fishes scales , living in a small fishing town in south east England I often go to the fish market down at our beautiful harbour and see the fish being brought in . I have tried to capture them and the colours of the sea , to make this pleasing picture, enjoy.
