- About Christine Derrick
Resident in south-west England, Christine has painted since the 1970's, beginning with oils and then adding soft pastels to her working-tools some years later. Christine likes to produce floral and landscape themes, keeping mainly to traditional or impressionist style. Florals tend to be her strongest works. She has sold pictures in the U.K and to overseas buyers, through several online galleries since 2001, including DailyPaintWorks, Ebay, and of course Original-ArtUnder100. Christine's main medium these days is pastel but she does use others where the subject calls for them. Most of her paintings are quite small and may be suitable for gifts, or grouping together with other images. Most offers are unframed, permitting purchasers to frame as they wish.
